We Must Fight Islam

Reader comment on item: The Evil Isn't Islam
in response to reader comment: Bush cannot tell us the truth

I didn't quite get the point of this posting, although I think I agree with the sentiments. Specifically, I agree that Moslems in the US would take armed terrorist actions in the US if they thought they could win their "Holy War." Israel's loss of nerve after attacking Hezbollah, the Pope's apology, and all the small appeasements to Moslem sensibilities by western governments do nothing but convince Moslems that "Allah" is on their side.

Part of their strategy is to show that they are strong and everyone else is afraid of them and weak. This, the Moslems believe, will cause people in western countries to convert of Islam to be on the winning side. People in the United States need to fight back legally. Laughing at Islam and Moslems and publicly disrespecting them is perfectly legal. Groups like the Counsel on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) may threaten to bring lawsuits, but they cannot sue people for expressing their opinions. Statutes in California, for example, prohibit lawsuits designed to stifle legitimate, if controversial, public expression. If you are right about Moslems becoming homicide bombers and attacking school, malls and police station in the US, then we have a problem. At the first outbreak of Jihadi violence in the United States, we MUST place Moslems in internment camps. Although this would be regrettable, failure to do so would be to place American Moslems in a position of being killed en masse by armed Americans who feel they must protect their country.
