My friend, you must understand that when you ask something about the beliefs of a certain people (i.e. in this case, the Muslims), you must not contradict that belief from another people's point of view. what you are doing here in your argument is basically using your bias as a Christian to put down Muslim beliefs, when they are completely different. you say that we need to look at the book of 'Isa and learn. have you ever once considered what the book of 'Isa is? it is the Quran! the message in the book of 'Isa is the same as the one in the Quran. the book of 'Isa (i.e. the Bible) was changed through the passing of time and the message was therefore lost. so we are following 'Isa's teachings, but through the book which has not undergone any change within over 1400 years.

Also, your second argument is completely off topic. the Islamic faith does not even recognize (to the contrary, it puts down the accusation) that 'Isa called himself and was the son of God. so you cannot ask us "how can...a prophet say something like this, which should be considered blasphemous to you?" when we never even acknowledge his saying it!

in other words, your argument is completely off and irrelevant. i suggest that you do some reading and educate yourself on something before you argue against it using biased information. my regards, dani.
