Look at malaysia a so called 'moderate' and 'good' secular state - supposedly but it has been categorised independently by its corrupt deputy Prime Minister as an Islamic state; but when challenged with constitution papers - education minister - warned trouble for any discussions. This is the spirit of Islam. Check out
