Shahriar Rahman ... doubts can never be "answered". His "questions" tug at the heart strings of adults. But that is about all there is to his questions. No child can be made to understand the "adult" concept of "abrogation". Children have a way of asking incredible/incredulous questions. Unfortunately childhood being a transitory state, no adult can answer children. A child of a cut-purse and the child of a philosopher are very similar. Both of them believe that his/her father is the greatest man. The children of the people who massacred native americans think their fathers are heroes. The children of native americans who were massacred think exactly the same. This is not unfortunate. It is merely in the transitory nature of childhood.

In other words,... his questions can never be answered. Paradoxically the moment Shahriar grows into an adult he will find that his questions cease to be and hence no more in need of any answers. That in essence is the magic of childhood and Shahriar's state of mind.
