Islam is the worst set of memes in recent history

Reader comment on item: The Evil Isn't Islam
in response to reader comment: Islam rocks..............

The news is endless. A teacher is sentenced to prison because she permits a child to name a teddy bear Muhammed. A woman is gang-raped and sentenced to prison. Women in general are treated worse than Blacks under Apartheid in South Africa. Muslims adhere to fanatical beliefs that justify their hatred of infidels. Muslim nations have exceptionally high birth rates, hidden child abuse and rape, totalitarian governments, and an apparent lack of interest in peaceful conversation with those who are not of their faith.

I'm generalizing, of course. I have Muslim friends who defy what I've said above, but they are Americans who have shunned the idiocy of the Arabic Muslims who have integrated their cultural baggage with their primitive beliefs, bringing about one of the most destructive violent regions of the world since WWII.

I despise Islam. And people are free to despise me. In Saudi Arabia, we would not have permission to say these things and I would fear for my life. I do believe the USA has committed many atrocities, but our constitution and poly-ethnic culture has brought about an atmosphere of openness that far exceeds what you can find in most nations. Our problems lie in other areas outside the scope of this topic...
