DNM,

Thank you for your comments. It seems they are canned responses to attack Muslim apologists. Since I have not engaged in apologics promoting Islam or excusing the murder of civilians by Muslims, your arguments are misplaced. It seems we both agree that preventing the murder of civilians is our primary concern.

To combat attacks on civilians by Jihadists I have suggested:

1) isolating Jihadists from Muslims to facilitate the elimination of Jihadists; and

2) supporting the non-violent participation of Muslims in politics, even if they happen to be Islamists.

And as I have previously commented, I oppose Islamism just as I oppose other variants of statism, however, I support non-violent, democratic political contests. As long as Islamists accept electoral defeat along with electoral victory, then they should be allowed to participate.

DNM, so far you have not presented any ideas on how you would address Jihadist attacks on civilians. Do you have any suggestions? What are they? Your response will go along way to clarifying whether or not you have contributions to make towards addressing the pressing danger of Jihadist violence.
