Reader comment on item: The Evil Isn't Islam

Submitted by pacifict (Austria), Oct 19, 2004 at 14:02

Although many of the thoughts seem relieving to me since they are very objective, it still strikes me to know that there are still naive people who mention absolutely groundless facts(not opinions-since everyone's free to have the opinion they want).

Many naive people are still unaware of the fact that the media is insincere: You need to listen from many sources before believing and trusting the news you're getting! Neither the CNN nor the TF1 nor AL JAZEERA bring news which is 100% correct; JAMES: do you know why those people throw stones on Israelis in palestine? NO YOU DON't because your media shows you the part of the story "certain parties" want you to see.

In this strict and tough world, there is no place for superficial easily brainwashed people.

Once again, do not generalize, because if all Muslims are terrorists (what a lame preconceived notion!) then all Americans are cowboys, or worse serial killers (like the ones the world sees on TV, how stupid is that?).

READ people READ!

READ the Quran, the Bible, the Torah. Travel abroad and see what's going on in Palestine, Iraq, Bosnia, Africa. Let's use our senses more often...
