another comment by an ignorant kaffir (for TARIQ)
Submitted by ITALIAN (Italy), Feb 8, 2006 at 14:32DEar Tariq,
away from convert intentions please see www.faithfreedom.org articles by Ali Sina (and read his biography).
If you read too few articles or even refuse to read this articles, i think we don't have any point of contact in our discussion.
If you have a strong faith in Koran, i think you're not stressed by reading of nontrue statements.
Ali Sina is more qualified than me to start a koran discussion with you, because he study koran for many years.
Second, return to our vision of sharia laws about rapists and robbers.
The old testament provide slaugheters laws about those crime. But the jews rejected these laws many centuries ago. Why the Muslims still believe in those barbarian cruelty?
Cutting a hand and kill the raped girl or the rapist don't teach anything to those person and other potential thugs. Indeed, re-educational, prison, often solve this problem: the rapist will be a psychopathic and he repeats the crime whenever you kill or not him,
if the thief stole something because he's hungry, cutting his hand only force him to repeat the theft (because nobody wants him for a job).
If the thugs are recidive, we must imprisoning them.
Prison will be a more strong punishment than the death, because you suffer and think about your crime.
and, last but not least, if i cutting some hands or feet or killing innocent people
victims of wrongly accused investigation, how i can repair? Can i ressurect them? or reattach hands cut off? and the moral damage inflicted to those people?
Use the brain, dear tariq. don't use a 600 century book with the presumption to explain and govern everything in the planet.
A reasonable person laugh in front of you if you want to replacing constitution or science with a book. The Einstein's theory of relativy was discovered in the 1905, in Germany, by a secular Jew, not by Mohammed in the sands of arabia.
The western (and other civilizaiton) constitution are more advanced than sharia.
