RE: Thoughts on this topic . . .

I read your comment and wondered what you were after ?
>Could it be that you are ALL totally WRONG?
Do you want to suggest it's only you that couldn't be?
>You argue and speak of this magical, mystical, rightous and forgiving God (By whatever name you've been conditioned to call "Him") . . . and purport to know His words/ideals and intentions for mankind: now - and in the (promised), afterlife.
Haven't you noticed that there are also a number of atheists and agnostics among the contributors ?
> Why can't Man just be content to exist? And live with his fellow Man in peace and harmony? And always strive to better one's self and improve the lot of humanity, as a whole?
What "Man" are you talking about? Doesn't Man in your sentence sound like a "magical, mystical, rightous" being you are so discontent with ?
Look at the hard facts and ask the Muslims why they revere so much their spiritual ancestors that invented this disgustful crime called Islam , why - although no one attacked Arabia - they invaded and enslaved Persia and attacked and almost managed to bring about the same fate to Byzantium and the West and are going now to impose their tyrannical yoke on still Islam-free cultural nations of this earth? And ask them why they yelled and screamed when those nations counterattacked them to regain what had been robbed from them?
Homo Islamicus isn't Homo Sapiens, alas, dear friend. They live to implement their psychopathic utopia, not to improve the lot of humanity which in fact they by all means made worse than it had ever been before.
