A small correction

It is mentioned at the in of the article that women were allowed recently to sue for divorce. In fact this right has been granted for women since the days of prophet Mmohammad, but countries regulations denied them this right.

This is the evidence from the Quran:

" فإن خفتم ألا يقيما حدود الله فلا جناح عليهما فيما افتدت به تلك حدود الله فلا تعتدوها"

Surat Al Baqar/29

and this incident happened in the days of prophet Mihammad when a woman came to hime wanting to divorce her husband, so he told her: " Will you give him his right?". She said yes, and then he told the man to accept his right and divorce her.

As I point out in the article, the Koran can be variously intepreted. Historically, however, women did not have the right to demand a divorce, and that is what I was referring to.
