There is no such thing as a 'Born again Christian' as Protestants use the term.

The Bible tells us we are reborn through water and the Holy Spirit (St. Jn:3;5) in the sacrament of Baptism (St. Mtt:28;19) which saves us (St. Mk:16;16) because we are not saved by 'faith alone' but through faith and the Sacraments for Our Lord tells us this (St. Mk:16;16).

St. Peter tells us this and so too does St. Paul (Acts:2;38-41 Titus:3;5-6). Can Protestants who choose to reject water Baptism be saved when St. Peter who was the first Pope said even though Cornelius and his family had received the Holy Spirit they still had to receive water Baptism as well (Acts:10;44-48)?

Our Lord, after His Resurrection, not only instructed St. Peter and the blessed Apostles to baptize (St. Mtt:28;19 St. Mk:16;16) but St. John also tells us the blessed Apostles baptized new believers on Our Saviour's behalf before His Passion and Death on the Cross (St. Jn:4).

I am deeply concerned by the claim of any one that he can be a true believer while hating other people. Forget the teachings of your false preachers whom Our Redeemer will reject on the Day of Judgement if they do not repent as Our Lord said you are not allowed to hate anyone if you wish to follow Him or you are not His disciple. Our Lord said we are to love God (St. Mtt:22;37) and our neighbour (St. Mtt:22;39) including our enemies (St. Mtt:5;44) because faith in Him is shown through love (Gal:5;6). We are commanded to show mercy like the Good Samaritan (St. Lk:10;36-37) who had compassion on the Israelite in need (St. Lk:10;33-35). Israelites and Samaritans were traditionally enemies because of differences in their race and religion.
