There is always time for biblical God to hate/abhor/drive out/destroy.

Ecclesiastes 3:8 a time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace.

Leviticus 20:23 And you shall not walk in the customs of the nation which I am casting out before you; for they did all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.

Deuteronomy 18:12 For whoever does these things is an abomination to the LORD; and because of these abominable practices the LORD your God is driving them out before you.

Leviticus 26:30 And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your incense altars, and cast your dead bodies upon the dead bodies of your idols; and my soul will abhor you.

Psalms 11:5 The LORD tests the righteous and the wicked, and his soul hates him that loves violence.

Psalms 5:6-7 Thou destroyest those who speak lies; the LORD abhors bloodthirsty and deceitful men. But I through the abundance of thy steadfast love will enter thy house, I will worship toward thy holy temple in the fear of thee.

In general the Biblical god hated forefathers of Israelites except the immediate ones.

The biblical god hated Ismail, the brother of Issac because he happened to be the forefather of Arabs.

Genesis 16:11 And the angel of the LORD said to her, "Behold, you are with child, and shall bear a son; you shall call his name Ish'mael; because the LORD has given heed to your affliction. 12 He shall be a wild ass of a man, his hand against every man and every man's hand against him; and he shall dwell over against all his kinsmen."

The biblical god hated Esau, the brother of Jacob for no known reason.

Romans 9:13 I loved Jacob but hated Esau.,
