The answer for why people convert to Islam.

Reader comment on item: Pope Benedict XVI and the Koran
in response to reader comment: Why do people convert to Islam?

Submitted by Muhammad Fikri (Malaysia), Jan 9, 2007 at 03:11

I want to tell you the reason why do people convert to Islam. First, Islam believe only to one God. There are no other god than Allah. We don't believe 2, 3 or more gods. There is only a God who governs the world. Second, people convert to Islam because they read Al-Quran. From Al-Quran, they know that Islam is the true religion. Third, in Islam only the God can forgive our sins. Why? It is because, He created us... So, only He has the right to forgive our sins. In Christian, a people can forgive other people sins. Do you think that's right? Believe me, Allah is your God and Islam is your religion. 'ALLAH IS A FORGIVENESS'
