My dear muslim your Allah also says:

1. Wa likuli qawmin haad Q10:47

2. wa likuli ummatun rasul Q13:8

3. wa naza3na min kul ummatun shahidan Q35:24

4. Wa ina min 'ummatin ila khala fiha nadhirun Q28:75

More evidence that your Allah is saying that he sends a rusul only for his umma and in this case Muhammad was sent to the Hijazi Arabs only and you ani't one.

As for your Aya that you provided could you give me the number of the Aya as your transliteration is poor!

As for the word tablighee: look at yourself in the mirror and you will see one.
