Pathetic comment. According to Dr Keith Moore, modern science has more than three stages and he proposed the Quranic classification which is simpler and more effective in understanding embryonic developement. Also 1400 no one except the prophet and God knew how an embryo develops.
"Anyways, who cares?"
1 billion+ muslims do. many non-muslims do
" Does this help anyone in the world today solve problems of murder and famine? "
No. but this does prove that Quran's author is not Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) its God.
"Muhummad said something quasi-scientific, does that have anything to do with man's relationship to God? No"
Muhammad(pbuh) was illetrate yet the Quran contains info which even modern scientists did not know before reading it. What does it prove?
". What created the universe? The Big Bang. But what force created the super dense molecule of the universe, wrote its properties, and provided the spark to explode it? I think a better question should be asked, not what created the universe, but how did it come into existence, or: How did God create the Universe? Through the Big Bang. The question of its properties, spark, and existence is answered. To understand science is to understand the mind of God- as exemplified by Stephen Hawking and Albert Einstein."
Changing the topic again? God created man so he knows how the embryo develops. God also created the universe so he knows how it was created. and he told us in the Quran how the universe was created.
"Do not the Unbelievers see
that the heavens and the earth
were joined together (as one
unit of Creation), before
We clove them asunder?"
the Quran speaks of the Big Bang.
