Thank you for your encouraging words, great to be on the same team with you.

John 16:3b says in the NRSV "the time is coming when whoever kills you will think he is offering service to God"

Killing isn't offering service to the Biblical God, but (and what a but it is),some Muslims regard killing Christians as pleasing to Allah (whoever he is), a really meritorious deed performed to extend the influence and rule of Islam, which they believe Allah will reward in line with the Qur'an, and I quote the following from "A new translation by M.A.S. Abdel Haleem."

"...............to anyone who fights in Allah's way, whether killed or victorious, we shall give you a great reward." Surah 4:74

"Allah has purchased the persons and possessions of the believers in return for the Garden......they fight in Allah's way: they kill and are killed - this is a true promise given by him in the Torah, the Gospel and the Qur'an. Who could be more faithful to his promise than Allah? So be happy with the bargain you have made, that is the supreme triumph." Surah 9:111

"....................he (Allah) will not let the deeds of those who are killed for his cause come to nothing" Surah 47:4

What a hideous bargain, kill and be killed for Allah, and he promises he will admit you to his wretched "paradise" where the shahid will spend eternity copulating with big-breasted ever-virgin houris, and because some Muslim believe this to be true, explains why they do what they do.

Notice the lie in Surah 9:111 that "this is a true promise given by him in the Torah, the Gospel" no it isn't, followers of the Lord Jesus Christ are not required to kill and be killed for Him, and at the time of 9/11 John Ashworth, the then US Attorney General showed he knew much more about Islam than did his President, by saying the massive difference between Christianity and Islam is that the God of the Bible sent His Son to die for us, whilst the Qur'anic Allah requires Muslims' sons to die for him."

Truly, violence was foundational to Islam and remains deeply embedded in it, just who is this Allah?

Please keep on keeping on "contending for the Faith once for all time entrusted to the saints"
Jude 3
Wishing you every blessing in Christ Jesus
