A few observations

Reader comment on item: A Christian Boom
in response to reader comment: A prophet like Moses

Submitted by Patrick (Canada), Dec 23, 2006 at 17:29

In the law of moses it talks about "The prophet" and the definition of a prophet. Jesus fitted the definition of a prophet and pretty much warned about things like Islam. Isaiah or Daniel or any other prophet never claimed to be "The prophet" mentioned in the law of moses.

Not to mention Isaiah talks about the cruxifiction and resurrection.

The new testament talks about how the coming of Christ was the fullfilment of the law. How the cruxifiction was the final sacrifice. Which is why we don't have to sacrifice animals for sins any more.
