Wes Hull's Very Important Observation

Wes pointed out one fundamental difference between Christians and Moslems - that is, missionary work.

Go to any Moslem country and you will find Christians working to help improve the daily lives of ordinary poor people. Sometimes there is a desire to convert, often the help is given selflessly.

Even in Saudi Arabia, where the Christian church is outlawed and there are people in prison for having attended clandestine prayer meetings, the Western expat housewives have set up a charity organisation to help locals in need, and regularly hold functions to raise money.

...A colleague of mine from Kerala, South India, who is a Moslem, tells me that in his area there are Christian charity hospitals which are open to all, and Moslem charity hospitals which are open only to Moslems.
