A Matter of Conviction

Reader comment on item: A Christian Boom
in response to reader comment: islam is going down

Dear Brother Sami,

Sholom Alaikum,

(It is the same Hebrew greeting used by Jesus (PBUH) when he met his people)

It is the same in translation as the Islamic greeting "Assalaam Alaikum" - meaning: Peace and Mercy of God Almighty be on you.

I Just ask: Why dont the Christian preachers use this same greeting. Why doesnt the christian society uses the same greeting used by Jesus (PBUH)?

Why do they normally have alcohol and pork even though they have been prohibited by Jesus (PBUH)?

Why dont their women cover their head as prescribed in the Bible?

Why arent they circumsised while Jesus (PBUH) was?

I can give you a list of similarities between Christianity and Islam. Many things that are mentioned in both the Quran and Bible but the Muslims follow but the Christians dont.

I am sorry if I have hurt ur feelings but what can you say of your conviction in Jesus (PBUH) when u so easily forgot to start his name with capital letters.

Brother, we should look into the matters deeply. I will try to show you references from the Bible that will prompt you to ask questions about your faith. May Almighty God guide u to the true path. You can contact me directly on my email: faisalsiraj_2004@yahoo.com...
