YHWH has more than one meaning and it still is pagan.

Sigh, let's not be obstinate. YHWH in Hebrew means "I Am" or "To Be". We don't even have the exact pronunciation. To say that YHWH in Hebrew with a different meaning from two gods in another language with completely different meanings is seriously forcing it.

I know YHWH has more than one meaning but this is the Hebrew meaning. Shen and sin sound almost the same but in Chinese it means God and in English it means sin. The meanings have NO RELATION. But according to your logic, we must conclude that the English took the Chinese word and changed it's meaning.

Let's be realistic, the Yahweh of the Hebrews means 'to be' and Ya, a deity of pagans, and Wah (sp?), another deity' are supposed to be where the Hebrews got their religion. Do you honestly believe the Hebrews would grab two different gods that mean something like sky or water and then combine the names into one which just happens to mean "to be"?!?
