Creation of Time by God; One more thought.Reader comment on item: A Christian Boom Submitted by Shri Devi (India), Oct 19, 2007 at 11:42 Dear jennifer, I am quoting from your reply: "God created Time for humanity. God has always existed; He is not confined nor defined by Time." Suppose for argument sake I agree the above proposition I am asking you one question? What is the meaning of always. It means that before the creation of time also God is there. What does before means. It means the time before the creation. Since there is no time you cannot explain anything before the creation of time including God himself. Are you getting my reasoning here. I will explain giving One example. OK God has started creating time say 2 Billion years ago. What is the stage at 2 Billion Years minus say one second. Since as per your statement time is not here before 2 Billion years there is nothing at 2 Billion - One second inclusive of God. Or else assume that God takes One nanosecond to build the time. But this is absurd on your reasoning that there is no time before the creation of time. So the outcome will be God,Time,Universe eaverything came into existence at a particular point in time. You can avoid the God here since God does not have any role here. I believe in Sprituality, Godliness, Soul and God's presence but I do not believe in fabricated stories of Organized religions.
