Creation is Made Anew

Reader comment on item: A Christian Boom
in response to reader comment: Time Continues in the Universe but it is eternal time for the dwellers of Hell/Heaven?

Dear S_of_christ,

You have agreed that Time will continue after the Judgement day. It means that there is matter and motion in the Universe. (Time is not absolute, No motion means no time.) Then the eternal Hell/heaven have to be outside the universe. Outside the univesrse means there can not be any matter. But our Biblical Heaven is having the heat of seven days * 7 sunlight + one moonlight. I think this Heaven is still inside the universe bacuase all references are with Sun Moon etc., Hell consists of Sulphur burning which is also matter motion and time is involved.

God will remake Creation. Simple as that. You are overcomplicating the matter by trying to use facts about this universe to comprehend the next. It doesn't work that way.

So suppose I am not allotted the Grace of God I am destined to the Hellfire for 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000......................................to infinity years or life time or light years or whatever may be it for a simple reason that I was born in the world ( not because of my fault, that of my parents) and committing some simple sin of not believing in some unproven myths. Your God is very great and I do not bow before him because he is The Greatest Sadist the world have ever known.

You go to hell for your sin. It is your fault when you sin. You are accountable for your own deeds and to ignore that is to avoid responsibility over yourself. You believe he is sadistic for judging sin? No, do you see the evil that occurs in this world? It is because of man.

You do not reply with Chapter No /Verse No of your scriptures since on one line you will compare with the worldly things andin the other you will blame us that you are ignorant. You cannot know his ways etc.., These are all irrelevant to me.

The ironic matter is that you claim that God's ways are unknowable, yet by making that statement your argument is self-refuting. Your statement itself KNOWS that God is UNKNOWABLE. Therefore your previous statement collapses.

There are two mistakes to make concerning God.

One is that God is unknowable (which is a self-refuting statement).

The other is that man is able to exhaustively comprehend God (which is dogmatism).

I am neither. Man cannot discover God on his own, but God can reach down to his Creation and reveal himself to us. The Bible tells us that God's ways are not ours, therefore we cannot completely understand him. However, this certainly does not mean that God is unknowable, because the Bible tells us that he is just, holy, loving, and merciful.

Regards,

Devi.

God Bless You Devi.
