in response to reader comment: REPONSE TO JESUS WAS IN THE BIBLE NOT MUHAMMAD PBUH

Submitted by Servant of Christ (United States), Dec 7, 2006 at 19:28

He was.

In some verse in the bible it says "He shall rise in the hot desert and spread the Message of God" or something similiar..Check it up and be shocked.

I am shocked at how out of context you took this verse:

John replied in the words of Isaiah the prophet, "I am the voice of one calling in the desert, 'Make straight the way for the Lord.' (John 1:23 NIV) emphasis added

Tell me. Why is it that all of God's prophets were Jewish? How come all the Prophets came in the name of YHWH, the name of the Lord, and yet never did Muhammad use God's name? Does not the greatest prophet know his master's name? Why did all of the Jewish prophets foretell of Christ's death and deity while Muhammad said that they were all wrong? This is what the Bible says:

For if someone comes to you and preaches a Jesus other than the Jesus we preached, or if you receive a different spirit from the one you received, or a different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with it easily enough.

13For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ. 14And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. 15It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve. (2 Corinthians 11:4, 13-15) emphasis added

May God Bless You All
