Salman, don't you see I am in fact disclaiming any responsibility for that conundrum and giving credit for it to people who lived several millenia ago. That has become my thinking highly of myself.? This again is funny madrassa logic. The logic is of a piece with the sun move and moves not. Gazwas were pure defensive wars. What Allah has written can be changed by prayers etc. as you say.
