I don't know what place you attend but the following sentence

"WARNING: ANY KIND OF VERBAL ABUSE....MAXIMUM FINE £1000...."

would only be found outside mafia organizations or a nazi organization.

Ms. Susan, you have declared Great Britain Nazi and Mafia organization. When you don't know anything do not talk about it and if you know about it do not argue on it.

even if we want to follow your silly argument, I'd rather pay a fine than be beheaded! So what kind of fine/punishment do you want for ahmadinejad when he wants to wipe israel off the map.
