Offenses against Islam

Reader comment on item: Pope Benedict Criticizes Islam [in Regensburg]
in response to reader comment: "offenses" against Islam

Submitted by E.J. SHAFER (United States), Mar 23, 2007 at 21:55

In contemplating where or when specific offenses against Islam happened, I cannot find any specific point of reference. Lacking this it must be presumed that Radical Islam must be the real culprit, for it is these misguided individuals who are bringing shame and revulsion to Islam for their horrendous acts of terrorism are the true source of offenses against Islam;

Can any civilized person imagine using children in a explosive laden vehicle as a means of getting closer to the innocents they so wantonly assassinate. And, by the way, the word "assassin" is itself of Arabic origin. Guess it's just "a way of life"!
