It's really amazing

Reader comment on item: Pope Benedict Criticizes Islam [in Regensburg]

Submitted by Babatunde Abdullah (United States), Sep 20, 2006 at 06:56

It's really amazing how the hatred is being spread about Islam in America. The Pope has the nerve to call Islam a violent religion when the religion of Christianity has caused death, slavery, evil all over the planet earth. Why didn't the Pope talk about the many Popes of that religion who had little boy as their lovers, and even today their are ministers are having sexual relation with children some of them have confess to as many as 125 different boys and when they are found out they run to europe and the church hides them from the law.

In any christian nation there is more wickedness going on 24 hours a day everyday of the year. It's easy to call Islam a terrorist religion in America because most people here want to believe the lies given by the press when in reality terrorist should be given to the real terrorist "Christian terrorist" for as I said your evil has been all over the world and caused many people to suffer. So when the Pope wants to talk about the violent in religion he should start with his own, and if he has any time left in him when he finish then he can start on the wrongs of other religions.
