Reader comment on item: Pope Benedict Criticizes Islam [in Regensburg]
in response to reader comment: Who is responsible for the death of the Nun?

Submitted by John (United States), Sep 21, 2006 at 17:36

I cant believe you are blaming the Pope for the Nun's death. What about killing the priest in Turkey for the Cartoons? was He responsible too ? so you can not critizise islam without getting killed ? but islam can critize anybody and get away with it daily? do you realize what you are saying along with the others ?

Her blood is on the hands of those criminals

Do you know that Violence from Christians is not in accordance with the Bible, but violence in the Koran is in accordance with islam and the koran. Read your own book honestly. That is what the Pope was saying : FAITH AND REASON.

If you have FAITH in a God who is loving, Full of Wisdom, understanding, is compassionate and forgiving , how could you then act differently. That was all what he was saying . If you have the true FAITH , you also have a RATIONAL and a CIVILIZED behavior.

Somebody has to organize an HONEST DIALOGUE between experts on this WORLD's Religions without repercussion, but you guys can not take honest criticism. You can dish it but you can't take it.

The BEGININING of WISOM is the Reverence of the true God.

John
