Demonstration against Pope's regret

Reader comment on item: Pope Benedict Criticizes Islam [in Regensburg]
in response to reader comment: No Apologies

Submitted by Vinodgupt (United States), Sep 20, 2006 at 17:16

I fully concur with Susan Walker. Pope should not have apologized. -- some will argue the Pope didn't apologize but that a matter of semantics only. There should be a protest against Pope's regret -- after giving a high hopes the Pope has let entire civilized world down.

Deeply disappointed in Pope -- the mesage to the Muslim world is simple -- The chief Christian does not know what he is talkiing about and he is weak -- he can always be shouted down. This will confirm Muslims opinion of kafirs as cowards.
