Reader comment on item: Pope Benedict Criticizes Islam [in Regensburg]

Submitted by nick4693 (Japan), Sep 19, 2006 at 23:57

What the Pope quoted was correct; Islam can ONLY be described as evil. Any religion that promotes violence is evil and Islam promotes violence. Do we need to draw pictures?

One of the many problems with Islamic countries is that their education system is half-assed. Important subjects are given rudimentary treatment; closest attention is paid to the Koran. Thus, you have a race of people only half educated and incessantly brainwashed with hogwash and BS until it drips out of their mouths and they are totally under the control. Simply put, it's mind control.

Until these people are liberated enough to put away their centuries-old turbans and shed their equally-old nightshirts, they will continue to riot, commit violent acts, and spout whatever they are told to.

It's us against them; civilization against Muslims. Don't tell me that there are moderates and decent Muslims; outwardly, some may appear "civilized," but they are ALL tarred with the same brush, and they will never change their "Islamic" ways. To them, the Koran rules every part of their lives, and it is drilled into them from childhood. It's second nature to them.

Drastic though it might sound to liberals, they must be driven out of our countries, that is, if we value our freedom and way of life, which they seek to destroy. There can be no half measures. Out they must go! Drastic situations demand drastic measures!

Why did they come here, in the first place? If Islam is so great , and it covers every aspect of their existence, then why did they enter the West? They are first and foremost infiltrators whose one aim is to destroy. They haven't forgotten the 13th century crusades, and now it's their turn.

We deny this at our peril!
