Anyone with Hassan, Hussein etc can be assumed to be a Muslim???

Coming from a Muslim country, I have had Christians say 'Assalamu Alaykum', and have names that are 'Arab' or Indian style - having nothing for their religion to do with Islam. They just were born their, got the culture, and are living with it. However, Mr Pipes would insist that anything 'Arab' is actually 'Muslim' so long as it proves his point.
