Reader comment on item: Was Barack Obama a Muslim?

You americans are so funny :) Some words just set you off. "Freedom" makes you shed a tear and feel proud, even though you live in the least free country of the western world, and "muslim" or "terrorist" makes you shiver and angry. My grandmother is a muslim. You are scared of my grandmother too? Do you think that my grandmother is out to kill you? Do you seriously think all muslims want to attack America?

No wonder your empire is crumbling, when the only person in the presidential race who wants to help the people of America instead of just the corporations is hated because something, whatever, maybe, 40 years ago, possibly, all which translates to fear.

Was reading the Hillary forums two months ago and it was the same thing. More fear.

The way you say islam is the same way you used to say communism. "It's a cult! They have a plan! They are taking over the world! Because one of them said so!! They hate us! They think and act as if they had no individuality! All they think about is how to hurt us next! They want to kill us! Fear, fear, fear. Weak.
America: A nation of conspiracy nuts. You're the ones obsessing.

Good luck. Elect the person who best reaches into your hearts - that is, the candidate who speaks of fear, who warns you of danger, tells you to be afraid, be afraid, terrorism, terrorism, islam, terrorism, terrorism, terrorism. I seriously don't expect much more sense from you anyway.

I read your comments, and all I am reading is: "I'm scared!", "I'm so afraid!", "I'm scared too!", "Mommy hold me I'm so scared!".

Use your brain people. Look at the man, listen to what he has to say. Then decide based on reason and knowledge, not fear and rumor.
