Is this United States or some Islamic country like Saudi Arabia?

Hello,
The last time I checked the Constitution of United States, it contained the following Bill of Right as 1st Amendment:

Amendment I: Freedom of speech, religion, press, petition and assembly.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Do the citizens of this country have a right to Freedom of Religion or not? And, do the citizens who otherwise qualify to become the President have the same right? Or is there an unwritten law that says that a non-Christian shall never seek a public office in the United States of America? Are there any other unwritten laws regarding non-Christians living here? Are they third class citizens? Should they be exiled to Africa or Middle East?
