Our forefathers attempted to seperate the Church from the State in their wisdom over 200 years ago.

I have known some real nasty, abusive, holier than thou, pedophiles within in the Catholic church I attended as a child.

Once I grew up and explored the world and met the "devils" (or so the Catholics told me", I have met some of the most wonderful, honest, hardworking, generous people of all faiths, colours, sexual orientations, social backgrounds.

I cannot believe that their are still people in the United States of States of America that would judge a man on the decisions his parents and step parent made on his behalf over 40 years ago!!!! Thank heavens he had been educated about the religion of Islam!

How can a country that can produce some the most brilliant minds in the world, be so happy to impose its believes on the rest of the world, but so terrified to learn anything about the outside world? If only every American could be so lucky to learn about other countries, religions and cultures first hand!
