Actually you don't even need to fret about the past to have questions about Obama's motives, loyalties and so-called unity message. Just listen to the church to which he now belongs by his own admission. You can see for yourself on their homepage http://www.tucc.org/home.htm:

"We are a congregation which is Unashamedly Black and Unapologetically Christian... Our roots in the Black religious experience and tradition are deep, lasting and permanent. We are an African people, and remain "true to our native land," the mother continent, the cradle of civilization. God has superintended our pilgrimage through the days of slavery, the days of segregation, and the long night of racism. It is God who gives us the strength and courage to continuously address injustice as a people, and as a congregation. We constantly affirm our trust in God through cultural expression of a Black worship service and ministries which address the Black Community."

I can't believe he gets away with this garbage!! Could you imagine if a white candidate belonged to a church with a creed that read:

"We are a congregation which is Unashamedly White and Unapologetically Christian... Our roots in the White religious experience and tradition are deep, lasting and permanent. We are a European people, and remain "true to our native land," the mother continent, the cradle of civilization. God has superintended our pilgrimage through the days of plague, the days of the crusades, and the long night of radical Islam. It is God who gives us the strength and courage to continuously address injustice as a people, and as a congregation. We constantly affirm our trust in God through cultural expression of a White worship service and ministries which address the White Community.

I think in the next edition of Webster's Dictionary they should modify the definition of racism.

racism - the act of trying to hold minorities accountable to the same standards as white people are held

People think they are being independent individuals and trendy because they are going to vote for Obama, yet they vote for the same person who will take away their individuality by forcing them to conform to a centralized federal government. He always talks about change. I wonder what that change is going to entail.

The blacks who vote for Obama just because he is black are just as bad as military folk who vote for McCain just because he was in the military. MINDLESS VOTERS! You get what you vote for.
