Manchurian Candidate?

Reader comment on item: Was Barack Obama a Muslim?

Submitted by Michael (United States), Dec 24, 2007 at 12:53

It is not illegal to lie (unless under oath). Muslims consider any falsification that promotes the spread of Islam merely a useful tool, not immoral. Most Muslims, i believe, would have no problem with a cripto or closet Muslim in a position of authority, especially an American president. It is declared policy of radical jihadist Muslim leaders that once in America to avoid overt violence in favor of "dawa" or a conversion of America to Islam through persuasion, deception, legitimization of "sharia Islamic law, lobbies, special minority status legal protection etc.

If someone like Obama were to be elected president it would be a huge gain for Islam and a huge loss for the strategic viability of America as we know it. Islam is inherently and singularly incompatable with Western values being in a perpetual state of war with all other values, religions, and civil governments as hundreds of years of history has amply demonstrated. Until Islam is so seen, America is at great risk internally and externally.
