Not every blog is afraid...

Reader comment on item: Was Barack Obama a Muslim?
in response to reader comment: Thank you

Thanks for the kind words, SiliconDoc.

I think the possible ways that radical Islamics may use and twist the Obama/apostate ideas are pretty extensive. I'm not saying here, by the way that Islamic extremists should be given any sort of veto power over who we elect as president. I just think that those who think that the world will love us once a Democrat is in office are in for a big surprise. It is just another example of how little such people understand the true nature of our enemy and the threat they pose.

By the way the idea that how the Islamic world might view Obama is not a matter of fear for every major conservative blog. Mark Krikorian on NRO's The Corner today (http://corner.nationalreview.com/post/?q=YTY4YjQyOGUxMzQ2ZjI5NTNlNzNhYWI4ZDcwNDI0OWU=) discusses the issue, mentioning Dr. Pipes' columns and even going into some of the issues I discuss on my blog post, (not that Krikorian read it).

Redstate's banning the topic makes them look worse and worse with each mention it gets in other legit conservative quarters.
