This is not intended to be a Biblical lecture, but you did ask some questions, and you did want to know what happens to Jeffrey Dahmer, well I have some ideas. Why do you think that there are three resurrections? Resurrection 1: Resurrect the Saints who have qualified for the Kingdom of God, and they shall live for eternity. Resurrection 2: Resurrect those who have sinned and come short of the glory of God and those who never heard or believed the word of God and give them an opportunity to qualify. Resurrection 3: Resurrect those who given a second chance, chose to reject it and died. They will be resurrected and destroyed forever and NO, they will not be suffering in hell fire for eternity. And yes, many will see Gandhi again and given his history, he may live for eternity. Dalmer's future depends on whether he repents of his actions so that God can forgive him, resurrection no. 2.
