in response to reader comment: "A great nation" in the bible means populous not righteous. He never said a "holy nation" like he planned for Israel.

It's difficult to reach the truth through today's Bible since the modifications are approved even by Christian scholars themselves. ... One thing is if you are really after truth keep your mind open and ask the Almighty God for guidance.If you only seek for a debate then I'm sure time will be the good teller.
