Islam is Evil because it's Scriptures promote Evil

Reader comment on item: The Evil Isn't Islam

Submitted by M.Khan (United States), Aug 12, 2002 at 11:51

This is in response to Mr. Mohamad El- Hage's comment on August 9. Mr El-Hage , with all due respect, you have not been really reading people's comments. They are saying that Islam is evil because its scriptures promote hate and violence against non muslims and that its prophet practised hate and violence against non muslims. Please read quran's Madina ayas , sahih hadeeses and Ibn Ishaq's biography "Sirat Rasulullaha", which many apparently have read and quoted. Even better, save time, and go to websites of ex-muslims (faithfreeom.org, realislam.org, secularislam.org,etc). I myself was a biased blind faither, born muslim and thought that world was against Islam . Then I read what was really in Quran and the real Islamic history and realized why everyones is criticizing Islam.
