Reader comment on item: The Evil Isn't Islam

Submitted by Rick (United States), Jul 27, 2005 at 13:52

After 9/11, besides Osama and the religious fanatics. I witnessed thousands of men, women and children dancing in the streets of most modernized muslim countries for the death of innocent American lives.

These robots are being taught this in schools and churches. We have whole organizations in this country that are trying and winning to take God out of our lives in this country and any opposition to that is being hailed as right-wing oppression in our media. But nobody in the media or this author can ever talk about what is being preached in the radical mosques. Why is it that nobody ever talks about what is being taught there? From what i understand and have learned, throughout the middle east and even throughout this country and Europe, what is being preached is anti-america, anti-jew venom and nobody in the media ever talks about that.

Why do people waste other people's time with selling half truths. If we look at all of these religions after Christianity.,we fail to realize that the founders of these Religions (Cults) weren't interested in worshiping God as much as they were thirsty for power and accceptance.
