you seem to follow the trend of lawyers using big words ... he had no actual "evidence" in that article whatsoever. just heresay and his interpretation of what these people said. did you even read the article? since when does "not a regularly practicing muslim" constitute an "irregularly practicing one"? if that is your criteria, then most of this nation is made up of "irregularly practicing christians" who go to church only on holidays. what a ludicrous argument.
