The Obama Question

Reader comment on item: Confirmed: Barack Obama Practiced Islam

Submitted by Ferrin (United States), Sep 6, 2008 at 07:02

Barak Obama studied and practiced Muslim religion as a child. He spent his formative childhood years years as the son of a "fallen away" Muslim, LoLo Soetoro.

Ever known a "fallen away" Christian? They still believe, they just don't practice.

Obama joined a church that claims to be Christian, but it puts race before religion. It as much as says so on their website. And it is sympathetic to the Nation of Islam. It was led for twenty years by a man who preached "God Damn America." That man has been Barak's spiritual mentor for those twenty years.

What else is there to say? His religious "formation" was a bit different than most Americans. Wake up.
