What is Sarah Palin's middle name? What is John McCain's middle name? The only reason we know George Bush's middle name is that there are too many presidents named George Bush.

Obama's father was a Muslim. People often name their children based on their religious background. There are lots of Davids, Johns, Jacobs, etc. Hispanics are named Jesus sometimes.

Let's see...America boasts as one of its great freedoms the freedom of relligion. Or does that mean only that you get to choose which Christian church to go to?
