What, Dan, do you make of his statements today?

"I think a lot of people assume that might be some sort of military thing to make me look more Commander-in-Chief-like. Ironically, this is an area--foreign policy is the area where I am probably most confident that I know more and understand the world better than Senator Clinton or Senator McCain."

What has Barack been smoking? He's been in the Senate a little over three years where he voted "Present" more often than "Yes" or "No." The only piece of major legislation that he has presented in this time is his Global Welfare Bill.

"So when I speak about having lived in Indonesia for four years, having family that is impoverished in small villages in Africa--knowing the leaders is not important--what I know is the people. . . ."

That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. You can count on the fingers of one hand the number of countries in the world that are run by its "people." He's lived in Indonesia for four years -- a Muslim country that has been ethnically cleansing itself of Christians. So, which "people" does he know? The Muslims who are killing and terrorizing Christians, or the Christians being terrorized?

"I traveled to Pakistan when I was in college--I knew what Sunni and Shia was [sic] before I joined the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. . . ." Oh, yeah. That definitely qualifies him to be Commander-In-Chief. I visited the Louvre -- therefore, I should be appointed as Ambassador to France.

In these two sentences, here is what Obama has proclaimed to the world: I, BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, IS A MUSLIM, WHO LIVED AS A MUSLIM, WHO WORSHIPPED AS A MUSLIM, AND WHO, THEREFORE, KNOWS "MORE ABOUT MUSLIMS" THAN CLINTON OR MCCAIN. That is it in a nutshell. That is the only thing that you can take away from this nonsense.

"Nobody is entirely prepared for being Commander-in-Chief."

Oh, so serving in the military, fighting in a real war, and being captured and tortured by the enemy doesn't count. "The question is when the 3 AM phone call comes do you have somebody who has the judgment, the temperament to ask the right questions, to weigh the costs and benefits of military action, who insists on good intelligence, who is not going to be swayed by the short-term politics. By most criteria, I've passed those tests and my two opponents have not."

When the phone calls comes at 3 AM, and OBama picks it up, you can count on the person calling him will hear an hour-long, patriotic speech on why it's important to be awake at 3 AM. By that time, the bombs will have gone off. OBamam had the "judgement, the temperament " NOT to ask the right questions of his pastor, mentor, and spiritual advisor for 20 years...like, "What kind of Christian says, "God d---" anything?" and "Why are you supporting terrorists who want to kill Christians just as much as Jews?"

The only test that matters here is a lie detector test, and I don't see him passing that one either.
