Excellent points - also concerned about Obama's 'Liberation Theology' church - reminds me of Nation of Islam

Reader comment on item: Confirmed: Barack Obama Practiced Islam

Wow ,I never considered the premise that radical Muslims would claim Obama as an apostate Muslim, but it makes total sense. I also wouldn't put it past them to issue fatwas or try to threaten Obama and his family, thus putting him in a precarious position.

I am equally concerned about Obama's church, which espouses Afro-Centric liberation theology.

Website here: http://www.tucc.org/home.htm - there is a talking points page in which the liberation theology of the church is discussed at length.

What bothers me is that the central operative paradigm of Obama's church seems to be 'black victims/white oppression' with a Christian facade. Similar paradigm as Louis Farrakhan's flavor of black Islam, which centers on blacks oppressed by 'white devils'. Radical Islam groups like Jamaat ul-Fuqra are preying on and recruiting black inmates, recruiting them for bizarre paramilitary training camps like Islamburg NY and Red House in Virginia.

I'm no expert on politics, Islam or the Middle East...but some red flags are definitely being raised. Just sayin'
