It seems like you haven't understood my comments. When I said that the middle east has prospered; I meant it as in the PAST. As for your claims that 99.9 percent of middle easterners are peasant, but you've got that fact all wrong. I'm not denying that there isn't a large number of poor people; every country has them. But there are a lot of people who are succesful.

And i'm very sorry that your buddies died, but maybe if america got its nose out of the middle east since the 1940's then the world would have been COMPLETELY different. Oh, and that "freedom" that you guys are fighting for? yeah it is because of the west that we got landed with such careless dictatorial rulers. If you read up on history, you'll find that most governments were set up by france or Britain. And when you say that killing Iraqi's makes you feel okay at heart besause you don't want the "bastards" to hurt your family; well have you thought that the "bastards" might feel the same way about you?
