Feel sorry for Muslims

Reader comment on item: [The American Muslim Council:] 'Mainstream' Muslims?

Submitted by Fred (United States), Jul 10, 2005 at 13:46

I feel sorry for Muslims - they are believers in a faith that will wind up as an extinct religion. They are unable to enforce their own faith and are being taken over by radical fundamentalists, which will guarantee an absolute destruction of them and all they "stand" for. When you see prominent muslim clerics put out a fatwah on Osama Bin Laden, and his top lieutenants, then you can believe Islam means something - but that day will never happen.

If I meet a muslim, I have to regard him or her with suspicion because Islam, and its various communities, are not denouncing this radical filth.
