AK, if you tell me that you condemn the terrorist acts of the radicals, I believe you. Although I am a Jew, if you tell me that you as a Muslim are sincere I will believe you unless you show me otherwise. Of course I was wrong to say that all terrorist are Muslims, I think that the Christian which blows up an abortion clinic in the name of Jesus is just as much a terrorist as the guy that gets on a bus in Tel Aviv with a bomb strapped to his chest.

I have not said that you are uncivilized, yet I can understand how people could be justified in saying that Arab culture as a whole in the middle east is uncivilized. Before I go on let me say that the definition of uncivilized is rude or socially unacceptable behavior. Treating women like animals is socially unacceptable. In some cultures of the middle east a woman can be killed for not obeying her husband, or gang raped for something her brother did, this is socially unacceptable. Young men are made out to be heros if they become suicide bombers, and children from an early age are taught that Americans and Israelis are monkeys and pigs.

To teach hate to the young will do nothing to break the chain of violence toward others who are different from them or who hold different beliefs, and this is socially unacceptable, uncivilized. You and I are in the same boat here in America, we are both going to hell because we don't accept Jesus as our God, but the Christians are comfortable with letting God sort it out. They don't call us names and have our distruction as their main objective in life. We can even voice our own opinion without fear of being dismembered. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't always this way. Americans used to burn people at the stake and do all kinds of unmentionable tortures to unbelievers that was socially acceptable back then, but they have evolved.

I hope that America and Europe can successfully drag the Arab countries into the twenty first century kicking and screaming and eventually we can all live together in peace. Nobody has the one true religion but we should all begin our beliefs with the phrase, first do no harm. I know that as a whole America does not care what you chose to believe and they certainly will not kill you for your beliefs so why; if you can tell me does Islam think that it is alright to kill the infidels?
