Pandering to the Islamists

Reader comment on item: [The American Muslim Council:] 'Mainstream' Muslims?

This is strange, but I have seen this happen in my country India too. India has been under attack from Muslim fundamentalism far longer than US has been. But here too the establishment is hellbent on pandering to these dangerous mullahs as if there is no tomorrow. A muslim girl named Ishrat got killed during a shootout with the police. This girl got involved with terrorists of Lashker E Toiba(LET) a group linked to Al Quaida, planning to assasinate a powerful politician. Then our media went crazy, accusations were rampant: the law enforcement is wantoningly liquidating muslims, they are biased against muslims, whether these 'innocent' men and the girl were terrorists at all (Inspite of submachine guns and grenades being recovered from the scene of the encounter). The treacherous media went on further to instigate these muslims to such an extent that Hamas style rallies were conducted for this girl's funeral procession. The so called secular political parties even paid compensation to the girl's family in order to pander to the muslim vote. But in the end their game was up, LET admitted Ishrat was one of their own and as usual the media sat tight on their blunder maintaining silence, the muslims went back to their state of perinnial denial and the mullahs back to instigating their students to Jihad in their Madrassas.
Americans, it's time to wake up and smell the dynamite. Militant Muslims are the greatest threat to civilisation as we know today. Their mentality is impossible to overcome, they would not be happy unless they control power. If such a thing ever happens, the world would go behind a thousand years. All it would need is an America paralysed by fear, Europe and India betrayed by it's liberals and a China hoping to take advantage of this volatile situaton
